Chris - has some physio this morning and then will be cooking a practice steak sandwich for lunch and later Jamie Oliver will be coming over for dinner for his steak sandwich.

Dom - is recording The Odd Box today

Dave - would rather not say what he is doing later ...

Tina - is having massage number 3 in her course of 6. Today is a half hour back massage.

Aled - is going home to sleep then is waking up at 11pm to his pizza delivery and will be watching TV tonight right up until tomorrow morning's show

Matt - has numerous meetings and bits to sort out today for Radio 1's Big Weekend in Bangor, and then tonight he's catching up with a friend
