What exciting things are the team getting up to today then?
Chris - should have a resting day from training, but feels the need to do some exercise as tomorrow he'll be watching the England game. He'll also be catching up on some TV and might sort out his wardrobe as he has a load of old clothes he needs to throw away
Dom - is going to try and enjoy the sunshine today; he also needs to buy some summer footwear
Dave - has a busy day of 'stuff' and then the in-laws are over tonight, so he'll be playing the perfect son-in-law
Aled - has record company appointments, then he will be going to gym and this evening he'll also be enjoying the sunshine
Matt - will be getting a haircut, going to a brainstorm about Radio 1's coverage of Ibiza and then tonight he has a string quartet practice
Tina - will be outside enjoying the sunshine and watching some of the football
