Hurrah! Its the end of the week. But what are the team up to after the show?
Chris - is training again, it'll be the third day this week he's 'dans le Gym', which is french for 'in the gym'. Then he needs to do some washing - he has a sports setting on his washing machine! Then tonight he's going out for his first pint since Sunday.
Dave - is going home to tidy up and then this weekend he's having some house guests
Dom - is just going to enjoy the sun
Matt - is going to have a nap today and then he'll be working on Vernon Kay's show tomorrow which is live from Silverstone
Tina - is staying down at Silverstone today to record some bits for Radio 1's Newsbeat
Aled - is still lying by the pool in Ibiza, but he will be back on Monday
