Chris - is going to see a doctor, a physio and his trainer to work out what's wrong with his shoulder; this afternoon he has a spot of writing to do and some Call Of Duty action. He may also cook this evening as he hasn't cooked for ages - it may be a cake, it may be a stew...who knows?

Dave - is having a really really lazy weekend - tomorrow he's going to a friend's BBQ

Dom - is seeing lots of his family this weekend, including his Grandad who's nearly 90

Tina - and Dom are having an ideas meeting today, she's going out for dinner tonight with 'Andy'

Aled - is going to a Radio 1 meeting and then tomorrow he's going to Newquay to launch the Summer Surgery

Matt - has a very relaxed weekend when he'll be catching up with friends (and family potentially)
