Dom - is presenting the lunchtime edition of Newsbeat and then this evening he's going to watch Dragons' Den on ´óÏó´«Ã½2 at 9pm

Tina - is going for a sleep and then this afternoon she's going to bake some chocolate chip cookies (and hopefully bring them into work tomorrow)

Aled - is going to sleep after having a massage from his mate (which he's doing as a favour for the friend who's training!)

Sam - is attempting some DIY tonight - there's a rotten, stinky board which needs some attention.

Matt - took a sleeping pill last night so is feeling pretty groggy; he'll be doing boring things like cleaning and hoovering tonight
