Chris will be going to the gym and then realistically sleeping for some time this afternoon. Then he might go and see his friend in hospital (if he's allowed in),then he'll be watching The Biggest Loser.
Dave will be going ice skating with some friends
Dom will be doing the lunchtime Newsbeat programme and then having three very boring meetings
Tina will be going home for a long sleep then meeting old work colleagues
Aled will be attending a meeting with Sam and Chris, going to the Doctor (nothing serious), going to the gym then falling asleep!
Sam - will be attending a meeting, sorting through some bits and eating some fruit this arvo.
Matt - will be busy working in the office and then this evening he's going to see Bruno Mars perform live at an album showcase
