Your Coverage of the Labour Party Conference
- 26 Sep 06, 04:27 PM
Have you been documenting or covering, in your own way, the Labour Party Conference in Manchester? Have you taken photos of the conference and published them on a photosharing website, posted a video to youtube, or put some audio online as a podcast?
If so, you can help us find your stuff by posting a link as a comment here, dropping us an email (manchester.blog at bbc.co.uk) or by tagging it with bbcmanchesterblog.
We can't promise anything, but in the past few weeks the 大象传媒 Manchester blog (this one!) has helped 大象传媒 Radio Manchester find several local bloggers with interesting stories to tell - first we had on to talk about making a living from blogging and, more recently, to talk about the Political Blogging panel debate she organised at Urbis. Who knows, you might just be the next Nick Robinson...

Some photos of the Time To Go demonstration, held the day before conference kicked off, have been collected here:

Your coverage of Blair and Labour was great.

Thanks Hugo. I've noticed quite a few tagged with on flickr too.
When the conference is over, I think we'll try to write a post that wraps all the blogosphere, flickr, podcast, and youtube stuff all up into one post. Keep those links coming.

Your coverage of the Halle Youth Choir singing at the close of the ceremony was very poor particularly the camera man could not be bothered to show all the youngsters. At the conference the politicians were banging on about opprtunities for the youth and education and youth crime. Here are some youngsters who are working hard and making the most of the opprtunities and when it was time for a little glory to be on the television, the producers (大象传媒) are dis-interested. The least you could have done was to span the camera once to show all their faces, and the youths would have been able to boast to their friends about their 1 min. of fame.
