Australia's general election

Michael Crick | 10:06 UK time, Monday, 9 August 2010

So what was this year's biggest general election polling station in London - in terms of expected voters?

It opens at 11am today, in fact. In the middle of August.

Yes, it is at the on Aldwych, off the Strand.

They are expecting more than 17,000 people to turn up over the next few days to vote in the Australian general election.

Voters can be supplied with ballot papers from each of the 150 constituencies.

    ONLY IN CRICK'S BRITAIN

Michael - I am busy trying to draw your attention to the apparent employment of a FALSE INSTRUMENT to influence the outcome of a BRITISH General election, recently held, and you are wittering on about an Australian one.

A 'false instrument' is any means of improper coercion; for example: a lie. It is NOT a Vuvuzela Michael.

well done.Barrie, Crick is trying to divert our attention for devious reasons, he'll be announcing a U-turn on school milk next...whoops, James Langdale beat him to it!
