Some myths about web accessibility

Quite often when we post stuff about web accessibility here, we say something about it being for the techies and geeks out there, but that it might also be of interest to everyone - after all, you're using the interwebnet superhighway thingummybob to look at this site, aren't you? This latest link is no different - so do take a look at a new entry on the blog , which goes under the title Accessibility myths and misconceptions. Roger Johansson, the writer, tackles commonly-held beliefs such as "Accessibility is just for blind people", "Offering a text-only version is good enough", plus a particular favourite for us here on Ouch - "Accessible websites are ugly and boring".
