Firefox gets more accessible

If you get techno-fear at talk of different web browsers, you might want to look away briefly now.
The Mozilla Firefox browser, which is increasingly being seen as the to Microsoft's Internet Explorer, is about to get more accessible to people with visual and motor impairments thanks to the donation of (wow, that's a lot of code) from IBM. With this extra technology, Firefox will be better placed to magnify web pages, automatically narrate them, and navigate them better with the use of a keyboard rather than a mouse. All good stuff, and good news for the growing numbers of Firefox users out there.
