Quirky TV commercials

The Norwegian Association of the Blind and Partially Sighted is Norway's oldest association of disabled people.

The Association's website states that its objective is "to achieve equal opportunities and status in society for people with visual impairment - and other groups of disabled people."

They have created the following quirky TV commercials as part of a campaign to encourage companies to hire blind people to work for them:

(In which a blind person works in a dark room)

(In the photocopying room, two workers get fruity while an oblivious blind colleague retrieves a file)

(A blind man has a meeting with a female colleague who, in a rush, gets dressed in front of him. He is handily unaware)

What do you think of this campaign? Does the humour translate?

What kind of film would you make to promote blind or disabled people in the workplace?

Regarding the above - How about exploiting the disability?

    Story:
A blind person stumbling around the office to the merriment of others - (Tag line) THIS IS HOW YOU MIGHT SEE US!
Followed by: An efficient blind person working successfully at their job - (Tag line) THIS IS HOW WE SEE OURSELVES - YOU CAN TOO IF YOU OPEN YOUR EYES!

Regarding the above - How about exploiting the disability?

    Story:
Confused deaf person being ridiculed in office meeting with no face-to-face contact - (Tag line) THIS IS HOW YOU MIGHT SEE US!
Followed by: Attentive deaf person in office meeting with face-to-face contact - (Tag Line) THIS IS HOW WE SEE OURSELVES - YOU CAN TOO IF YOU LISTEN.

    And finally...

    Story:
Wheelchair user struggling through doorways in office with no help from colleagues - (Tag line) THIS IS HOW YOU LEAVE US.
Followed by: Wheelchair user efficiently moving files around busy office - (Tag line) THIS IS HOW WE CAN GET AROUND - IF ONLY YOU GAVE US A LEG TO STAND ON.

only 4% of blind people have no sight at all , so these ads are misleading .

I am VI but I was actually caught out in an slightly embarrassing situation by another VI person who was a guide dog user
I was changing discreetly behind a tree in a hill car park when i was approached by a friendly dog on a lead .
The owner apologised profusely and was embarrassed , it was only then that I noticed the guide dog harness in his hand .He had clearly seen enough to know he had embarrassed me . I know that it wasn't his fault ,the dog was just being nosy
