• Rob brings some recent news stories in for Liz ... could he have accidentally hit on a way to beat the forthcoming benefits cuts?

• Get in our time machine and right the wrongs of disability past. Emma Tracey from Ouch's production team joins Liz and Rob for a 'deep and meaningful' entitled: What would you tell your 16 year-old self if you had the opportunity? Perhaps an unusually important question for born disabled people to answer as it's always said that the Disability 'get it' Moment doesn't happen until your late 20s. It'll get you thinking though, no matter where you are on that road at the moment. definitely some rather insightful talk, and good tips, from our team who'd probably prefer to mess around.

• joins us via Skype from Florida. Get to know him then treat your ears to our playout track 'Find a reason' from JP's latest album The White Cane Conspiracy.

• Off air - Mat's still away, we're hoping to get him back for May. But in the meantime we're working hard at lining up interesting 'specials' for you. Around Easter time we have an exciting international roundtable, linked up via Liz Carr in our London studio with some great guests. More on that soon if you follow us on social media (details below)

We were particularly chuffed when we saw that our show made it to number 22 in the iTunes comedy podcast chart for a little while the other week ... or was it just a glitch in their software? Surely Ricky Gervais has podcasts all sewn up still? Do spread the word about the show and email us telling us how you've been promoting us.

If you have ideas about future discussions or guests, contact us or leave them in the Comments below this blog entry. Aww, you can mail us about anything you like though and we may read it out on the show.
