The excellent Regret the Error, that blog compendium of journalistic missteps (thank heavens they never cast a skeptical eye over this blog) , mistakes and downright fabrications of 2006. While the British tabs have, predictably, collected most of the gongs, there are some very special moments from elsewhere. Typo of the year goes to Reuters.
