I don't remember Cecil Parkinson before the "permanently guilty" expression - you know; the same one Tony Blackburn has.
Tony Blackburn? Is this when he's doing his Oliver Reed(Stone) impersonation, or earlier?
This is clearly a sensitive area ....
I don't think that Oliver Reed photo looked anything like Tony Blackburn - I think Doc had been injecting the wrong sort of medication.
Tony Blackburn always just looks slightly ashamed, don't you think?
