We get several of these emails every day. Should we be concerned?
"SKULL BASE RECEIVER IMPLANTS
UK police intelligence are using skull base receiver implants for male
targeting in prisons and at hospitals and are monitoring targeted males
on network telecom signal with voice to skull control signal onto bonded
skull base receivers. These work by bone anchored hearing to the cochlea.
This racket has been going on for many years in the UK.
The implants are classified devices. Surgery is done covertly by trained
retained surgeons. The voice to skull is restricted classified signal.
UK press and media do not refer to human targeting on implants
or to voice to skull signal. The UK internet is fully censored and
filled with substituted secret service disinformation.
Targeted males will not be helped by NHS surgeons to remove their
implant terminal and they will be implanted for life on the telecom
network. The network voice to skull signal is in every building, train
and tube train in the country and it has a range of 1,000 miles on
the European telecom network. Implanted victims would be advised
to go to America or to Australia if they can.
Police signals officers are barred from discussing these systems with
civilian victims and could be imprisoned under official secrets legislation
if they were to assist an implant victim. A culture of malpractice and
corruption has been spawned in police signals intelligence secure
units under the protection of the Official Secrets Act.
Victims could be suicided on excessive signal or even poisoned to
prevent leaks of information about human implanting and voice to
skull signal.

Can you BE suicided? Isn't the 'sui-' from the latin for 'self' so 'self-kill'. You can only be 'self-killed' by yourself can't you? Maybe an invetigative piece on 'suiciding'? Or is that 'tombstoning'?
I'm impressed by the range they get on their control signal - would that the mobile phone network gave such good coverage.
Oh good grief. This was suggested by A. W. Mykel in the novel 'The Windchime Legacy' twenty-odd years ago.
And it can't just be for men, Scully got one when she was abducted in the second season of the X-Files. So it happens in America too, you're not safe there.
The reason that the NHS won't remove them is to keep down the cancer rate. Don't believe me? When Scully had hers removed (must have had good medical insurance) she got an inoperable tumour as a direct result. Which can only be cured by an Alien Healer, don't see too many of them hanging around the NHS, because the pay is lousy and the hours long.
What a load of old baloney. My advice is to set up an e-mail rule that picks up this crap coming in and deletes it, sight unseen.
Of course if you think that David Icke is a prophet then you'll believe that this is all real and the implants allow the reptilian beings who run the Earth to monitor your every thought and control your actions. Oh, and Prince Philip is one of them, which goes to highlight the connection between Icke and Mohamed Fayed. Both barking, enough said.

I assume women are not targeted because their brains are so big, there's no room for a terminal.
Mind you, if these people are serious then we should all be worried on several counts.
Eddie...I find this rather amusing...many moons ago I used to work for a company that developed 'the tag' and I can recall we had a visit from the Forign Office with a Chinese delegation asking if the 'tag' could be 'modified' to give the 'wearer' a 'stimulating' electric shock...we declined!! Could these people fix the letterline or listener log (whichever one it was that was broken) answerphone for you?
Maybe a voice-to -skull implant would be cheaper than the answerphone? Draw lots amongst the team for the one who will "be" the answerphone. I'm sure you'd be entitled to overtime, because you'd never be off-duty.

My Spam filter (right-hand forefinger on the left-hand mouse button) seems to delete these with no problem.
Presumably all MRi departments in the UK have a list of people with these implants, just so that they don't scan them.
(Remember what happened at school to iron filings when you shoved a magnet near them and then imagine one of these implants in a magnetic field!)

That is always the killer for me. If there were anything in the story then wouldn't someone whistle-blowing be the first to be silenced?
I seem to recall a dim and distant memory of a story that went along these lines. A fiction writer had written some story or othewhich reported some technological innovation that had an espionage or military angle. Said writer got hauled up by "the authorities" and heavily grilled (well, I guess, broiled if it was an American) because the plot or the technology was too close to reality.
Or am I having a crossover from that Robert Redford film The Flight of the Condor?

I once wondered if I could design a glass furnace which was heated by microwave similar to the principle used for cooking (excite the water). I tried to search for information about the possible absorption spectra of the silicon-oxygen bond, but found nothing.
My brother suggested it might be 'classified', and I said, why on Earth? he said consider what most of our built environment is made of.....No spooks came calling, but perhaps they're just monitoring me.

DIY - I think that with the judicious use of a screwdriver and careful examination of the inlet and outlet ports you will discover that your "washing machine" is in fact a UHF transmitter in the 868MHz band with a modulated ETS300 220 carrier for a 25kHz channel.
I wouldn't worry unduly howver because this was a prototype model and the non-stability of the oscillator with temperature and ageing determined the maximum data rate couldn't be supported without violating the channel boundary (spectral mask).
It was howver reported that despite these shortcomings the "BOSH GLXi 2006 dTi" was very good for colours on a 40 deg C cycle. How do you find it?

Well! all joking aside! this is indeed scary, the gap between rich and poor, and the lies and corruption and nepitism in our government is indicative of a society on the brink of severe social problems, they dont want to share out the good things in life because they are greedy, so the only other option is to control the disgruntled masses in any, and every way possible to quash any chance of revolution. how long will it be before every person recieving benefit will have to have an RFID implant under their skin to be able to enter government buildings to sign on, already in holland and france some elite clubs are tagging their elite guests with implants in order to gain entry, so this stuff is even being promoted as an elitist thing, my god people will be queing up for it as a status symbol. our police have ground penetrating radar and thermal imaging on the helicopters no gun systems (YET), ground penetrating radar can see through walls to a degree by the way, we have cameras on every street corner, cell phone tracking, high gain directional listening microphones,cameras on police helmets. why not lets just brain skull track everyone as well, we already live in a corporate fascist country why not lets go all the way, HG Wells would love this. everyone shoukld read 1984,

I found this page after Googling 'Skull base receiver' - because my company has been recieving letters and calls from what must be the same author for a while now.. At first I thought it was hilarious but I'm actually starting to find it quite sad.. this man (presumably) obviously has some problems - unless its all true of course!
