David Cheal of the Telegraph says: "It was a joy and a privilege to be there"
I bet it was. Just wish I'd been there...
I'm one very jealous Led Zep fan ;(
I'm one very jealous Led Zep fan ;( I was lucky enough to see Page & Plant in the early 90s, but last night would've been the real deal....
Sorry if this appears twice...
So this "Led Zeppelin"... is it some kind of modern beat combo then? Are they in the hit parade at all? Have they covered any Tony Bennett songs?
And I'm another very jealous Led Zep fan....
My other half (who is an even bigger fan) and who isn't very well at the moment went to bed listening to them with his ipod on its little speaker stand thingy. I flipped the lights on and off quickly and, shouted and made lots of "woo hoo" noises to try and recreate that concert atmosphere at home..........it wasn't quite the same!

"......it wasn't quite the same!"
Perhaps not. But you tried and that's doubtless what makes you special.

"Have they covered any Tony Bennett songs?"
Not so far as I know. However, an "artist" by the name of Rolf Harris did record a version of one of Led's. Fame indeed...

Possibly not. But you tried. Which makes you special
Incidentally, the Epileptic episode that may have been induced in your "poorly" significant other, by flipping the lights on-and-off quickly - imitating a strobe-effect - is, I'm sure, likely to be a purely transient event
