Thank you for letting Patrick O'Connell sit in your seat to give me PM in listen again on Friday morning in Oz. I'll listen live (if I remember) at 6pm (drinking time) this evening.

I haven't been able to comment on, or listen to PM much of late. However, when the news was confirmed that Ms Bhutto had been killed I ensured I listened to the programme.

    Thank you and well done.

Paddy's a crackin' stand-in for Sir Tedward. (Well, we knew that from BH of course!)

A similar deftness of touch with the 'lighter' interviews, a neatness of prod with the stiletto knife with the politicos, and questions don't hog all the airtime befor the interviewee's allowed a word in.

The breaking-news about Ms Bhutto's death, as opposed to the 'serious injury' first reported, was handled with tact and consideration.

Am I alone in hoping Paddy fills the hot-seat more often in future, rather than the always-delightful Sequin?

Well done, you lot. More! more! Author!!

    Totally agree.
Paddy and team well done, espeacially liked the Fair Isles piece. A good blend of topics on a day when "so much news was happening".

    Thanks

PS follow my name to the Fair Isles!
