This made us all hoot.
Thank you, Kate Webster.

Wonderful! Just what I needed to brighten up an otherwise dull & boring day :)
Thanks from me too, Kate!
Thanks, Kate!
Oh, and I'd say the blog is worth far far more!
Nice one Kate.....next year the Turner Prize?
DiY:)
Eddie - Could the fact that young chimpanzees have better memories than the average university student help solve Gordon Brown’s problem of finding a replacement for the forgetful Peter Hain and Wendy Alexander – I obviously can’t speak for Scotland but I’m sure most of us in North Wales would be delighted!
One for the "Tate Modern" I reckon
G-R-E-A-T and, clearly, just what was needed...
So that's why it's working again.
Well done Kate :-)
Pigeons don't hoot. Owls do. Pigeons make a noise like, "Coo-oo, the Frog is working - Phew-ew."
Ah, but it thinks I'm malicious.
Yes, and why no mention of owls, Eric? I mean, perhaps the blog's under a spell.
Fini blogagius Eddii!
There.
And thanks, Kate, a lovely surprise after a good but exhausting day.
Well, I was rather proud of it I must say. This week I met Tony Husband, who does cartoons (he made one for me), and today I got a postcard from my favourite author: Jacqueline Wilson. I'm overjoyed. MPB xxx
But if you could have seen the state of the floor after the newspaper evisceration had taken place...
Obviously one of the big advantages of home education is that you can invent a module called "Production of ransom notes, anonymous letters and cartoons". I believe such a module is inexplicably missing from the current National Curriculum. Clearly they need to rethink the requirements. Perhaps pop it into the "Politics & Citizenship" section?
Annasee & mpb - Sorry, I'm a bit thick and it took me a while to work it out! Priceless, absolutely priceless! Thank you.
Hoot? What are your instruments of choice?
Wow, Kate Pooh Bear -- you're honoured -- an appearance from RJD!
