  • Comment number 1.

Pehaps each of the witnesses to date would have been better advised to obtain an ex parte injunction preventing any sexual partner including ex-wives to communicate in any way about their relationships. This is the least expensive form of injunction and it effectively prevents Press and Authorities from questionong the parties and effectively arrests any money making activities or any discussion about the injunction. It does of course curtail the possible income stream for the solicitors and the recipients of the injunction as they cannot be paid to kiss and tell and the newspapers sell fewer copies
