I object! - Reese Witherspoon and Kiefer Sutherland

Edith Bowman | 13:45 UK time, Friday, 3 April 2009

It was about time Reese and I were in the same room. I don't see it but a few people have said that we look a little alike????? I wish. Anyhooooo I was very lucky to get some time with her and the very charismatic Kiefer Sutherland to talk about their new animated film 'Monsters vs Aliens.'

I didn't really know what to expect from either of them as it was my first time! Kiefer was engaging and warm and very smiley, Reese was beautiful and so petite but - if i'm being honest - not quite as warm as I was hoping for. Maybe it was just me, I guess I just really wanted her to like me. You forget that they are also speaking to another 145 journalists that day. Have a listen, if not just to hear the bass on Kiefers voice!

Great interview. Kiefer seemed lovely. I am a massive Reese Witherspoon fan but have to admit she did seem to be in a strange mood during this interview, not her usual bubbly self. I suppose we can't expect her to be in a fantastic mood all of the time just because she is a movie star. Looking forward to seeing the film.
