From now till the 1st Jan there are loads of cracking films on the TV. So we're going to recommend a different one every day. Here's the first one.

ITV1 - 1.35am

If Gossip Girl is all about the glamour girls of Manhattan, then Igby is the male geek version of the East Coast posh kids. Kieran Culkin is awesome as the troubled teen, searching amongst the New York cool crowd for a direction in his life. Black, black comedy.
