Greg Dyke is right, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Trust would slow things down. How dare anyone think that the people who are paying the bill to run ´óÏó´«Ã½ have a right to look over its management's shoulders and second guess them to see if what they agree an expenditure is actually in the best interest of the fee payers or not? What is this, democracy or something, ´óÏó´«Ã½ will have none of it. Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.
