Injunctions and super-injunctions
A from my colleague Clare Spencer of the comment, analysis and discussion surrounding the of an attempt to stop the media revealing that a Labour MP had tabled a question relating to oil-trading firm .
In the light of the events this week, that gagging orders are in place as "an unfortunate area of the law" and has said he hopes to clear it up.
While reflecting on all this, the injunctions and super-injunctions, it's also worth pointing out that ´óÏó´«Ã½ Newsnight, who have been since 2007 despite fierce resistance from Trafigura's lawyers, are still subject to ongoing related legal proceedings.

any government that places itself above the good of the nation is by its nature a danger to the country it was formed to represent and should be removed before it damages the country beyond repair.
once a government starts acting more like a dictatorship the public suffers as does freedom, freedom of speech and personal liberty.
we are heading down the road of police state and kangaroo courts.

Stick with it ´óÏó´«Ã½. Use my licence fee to help with legal fees. Now there's a topic rife for public investigation.

The first thing you should do is at least publish a list of WHAT the injunctions are, and WHO has taken them out - using Wikileaks if necessary.
This nonsense has gone on too long - and if it isn't Carter-Ruck doing it, Schillings is. Their bragging about bullying the media is not big and not clever and they need to be taught a lesson very quickly. That said, if the Government and legislature are stupid enough to have libel laws which don't protect 'Freedom of Speech' then we are saddled with the stupid lawyers exploiting every loophole.

The media will have reality shows and wild life ones with the ´óÏó´«Ã½ giving us brainwashing news like the war in Iran was nothing to do with us or the USA the Iranians are Muslims. It is all social control and evil and this Govenment and all party leaders know what is happening but its easy to do it here as it is an island we can not afford the passport to get out and we do not want to have our photos taken so that out information can be sold to the highest bidder.
Our money has been fleeced and we are told daily how we are in danger because we have not given up enough of our freedoms along with out children and we are being taught to be helpless, we have to wake up before its to late.

Have people risked prison (and worse) to force liberty for the people throughout history? Have we reached a point in our mis-development where such truth peddling people are despised whilst the disfigured evil button pushers are treated with respect?

One thing they could do is have parliament continuously streamed on tv and on the internet. This way the information will be in the public domain already. I would like to see Parliament have direct control of its own tv and radio output by employing its own production company.
