"It'sÌýall going fine but the competition is stiff. It'sÌýa tricky week and there's no room for complacency so vote hard! Christine is my main competition!
No, I haven't really beenÌýthinking tooÌýmuchÌýabout that side of things. It's more about focussing about getting the dance that has been rehearsed on stage, so that hopefully people like it. I'm good friends with Christine and would be very upset if she left as I think she would if I was to leave too. We're both supporting each other really.
I've been rehearsing three hours a day, usually in the morning, and this week I'm going to be dancing a samba. It's an old fashioned samba, like you would have seen in the movies and quite an intricate dance. We met some real samba dancers this week.
Kristina, my dance partner is such an expert, she knows everything and her skill is making me look like I know what I'm doing - which I don't!"

Sixteen bowling teams vying for the big prize....the creme de la creme of the media world...all the national newspapers, top flight magazine titles and who does The One Show send to fly the flag? Adrian and his motley crew.
Hats off though, to our Adrian, producer Paul, researcher Dan and director Brian. They only bagged the Silver Skittle - that's runner up prize between you and me - for the Frank Skinner World Series. (Don't ask because we're not sure either!)ÌýRadio Times wereÌývictorious claiming the Golden Skittle with a score of 248.Ìý
Even though Paul told him no-one likes a boaster, Dan is unrepentant and proudly telling everyone, "I was the best on the night!"
And who was the lemon who was the boys were carrying? Keep a secret but our spies (well, alright the rest of the team) say that esteemed title went to Adrian.
Don't tell anyone but apparently Adrian's first few rounds were really bad...the team had a steward's enquiry and it turned out he was putting the wrong fingers in the ball holes.
So if you see Adrian at your local bowling alley - be a darling and give him a hand!

Spare a thought for director Mat as he and team, tirelessly packed all the Bleakley & Sergeant Strictly Come Dancing T-shirts to those fortunate to bag their freebie.
We had so many to post, we had to have them wheeled out of the office! As soon as Adrian made the annoucement on the show, thousands of you were poised, ready and waiting for the form to go up online at 7:30pm. The response was overwhelming, within minutes we had over 3,000 requests for our Strictly Come Dancing T-shirts which is why not everyone, sadly, was able to get their request in soon enough.
Because the T-shirts were an exclusive giveaway, we did say first come first served, on the show Adrian did say first come first served and, as frustrating as it may be for some of you, we have had to stick to that rule.
For those of you who were lucky enough to get in your chosen T-shirt request, look out for the postman as it's winging it's way to you now! Do let us know when it arrives. Don't forget to strike a pose and send us pics of you, your partner or even your pet wearing the Team Sergeant or Team Bleakley T-shirts. Click here to send us your photos
