In the final film in our Stress Week series, Michael Mosley caught听up with Tony - possibly The One Show's most pessimistic viewer, to see if taking part in our 'happiness school' has helped change his outlook on life.

After talking to Dr Alex Linley, Tony has been identifying what he's good at and then attempting to change his behaviour. He's been听noting three good things that have happened to him every day for the past week in his diary.

Did it work? Is he less grumpy? Yes, says Tony - he's seen an improvement in himself.

The theory is that thinking positively changes the brain. Start thinking positively and brand new pathways are laid down in your brain which make it easier to think positively in the future.

If you haven't already, why not take our Stress Test?

Would you follow Tony's example? What is your cure for grumpiness? Or are you happily unhappy as you are?
