Tir na n-Og awards presented at the Urdd Eisteddfod
Two young novelists from north Wales have picked up Tir na n-Og awards at a ceremony at the Urdd National Eisteddfod in Ceredigion.
Manon Steffan Ros won the best Welsh-language primary category for her novel Trwy'r Tonnau, while Rhiannon Wyn won the secondary school award for her debut novel Codi Bwganod.
The were established in 1976 with the aim of raising the standard of children's and young people's books published during the year, and to encourage the buying and reading of good books.
