Should Christian missionaries go to Muslim countries?
We are off air now, we hope you enjoyed the show. The conversation continues here, please keep posting your comments.
Today's newcomers on the Daily Email: Chris in Namibia and Tiffany in the States. Thanks for signing up.
Plenty of responses to my post asking what you think of the blog. The more the merrier - we've got thick skins...
Here are today's stories...
SHOULD THE SOUTH KOREANS HAVE EVER GONE TO AFGHANISTAN?
I had an interesting chat with our religious affairs reporter Mike Lanchin. He thinks we should refer to the South Koreans by the Taliban as 'church workers' rather than missionaries. This has been backed up by conversation the WHYS team has had today with South Koreans.
But to some extent though this is beside the point as the story is seen by many of you as being about Christians trying to spread the word, and whether it's reckless to do so in Muslim countries. Whether this refers to the people who are kidnapped or not, where do you stand on this issue?
YOU CRACK-DEALING PIECE OF TRASH
Have a read of from a councillor in Ohio. He sent it to a local teenager who'd been arrested for alleged crack dealing.
Thanks to WCPN listener John in Cleveland we were tipped off that this has become a major talking point in Ohio. Councilman Michael D. Polensek's coming on the show, so you can tell him what you think of this particularly direct way of talking to people who are in trouble with the law.

It's our contribution to the Globesity series on the ´óÏó´«Ã½. Martin's written about this.
Speak to you later.
