Hottest Record - The Dead Weather - 'Hang You From The Heavens'
Well, there's no stopping Jack White, just as we have fully got our heads around The Raconteurs, he's formed another band. Photoshoots, album...all done and a new single, 'Hang You From The Heavens' was tonight's H.R. Proper head down, grungy blues riff with a strong vocal from Alison out of The Kills. That said - White Stripes? Heard some new Green Day songs today. If you are a fan, Christmas comes in May (although that's not confirmed). Seriously though, it's massive!
Anyways, check out The Dead Weather and as always leave a comment. See you tomorrow for Placebo. z

I heard a demo of the title track on Green Day's new album a month back and i loved it but it was later confirmed that the album version is very different to the demo that's lurking about.
What happened to Marilyn Manson? It doesn't bother me that he wasn't played because something better was played.
Looking forward to new Placebo tomorrow. I heard today it was very different to their previous works.

So, 'That's not really much I can do with this drums and guitar dynamic anymore, but I dont want to lose the signature sound of those albums, I know, I'll form another group, fill out the sound a bit more and get Alison from The Kills involved so that before we even start we have a huge swell of curiosity from Killls and White Stripes fans, who will lap it up'
I like both those bands but this isn't really adding that much is it, but then maybe that's not really the point. Like Charlie in the Chocolate factory, he clearly never wants it to end.

Be interested to hear the new Placebo. Is anyone still looking out for their stuff now?
