Not a well-known screen actress, but several sleek, glossy and gorgeous Spanish horses who are part of an amazing company which provides stunt horses for blockbuster films.
The Devil's Horsemen is a professional equestrian company which provides this year's Lady Godiva on horseback, as well as her mounted entourage.
It is an Anglo-French company, run by Gerrard Naprous, which has a selection of stunt horses used for film and TV productions all over the world.
The horses have appeared in some mega films: Braveheart, Robin Hood - Prince of Thieves, Black Beauty, Ivanhoe, and Tomb Raider II, to name just a few.
A young female member of the Devil's Horsemen team will play the part of Lady Godiva and ride side-saddle, dressed in a body-stocking, in the centre of the procession. Six Devil's Horsemen stunt riders, dressed as medieval mounted knights, will follow her, carrying the city crest.
Sally Fox, from The Devil's Horsemen said: "The seven horses that are being used in the procession are Iberian horses, originally from Spain and Portugal.
"They have been chosen for their immense courage and beauty. They are grey, bay and black and have long cascading manes and tails."
