[Plays Rupert Giles]
Before he was catapulted into superstardom by a strange series
about vampires, Anthony Stewart Head had worked long and hard on
stage, TV and film. Despite a CV as long as a telephone directory,
he was still best known on both sides of the Atlantic for his work
on a certain coffee commercial.
Here's a taste of that prolific career. For the 大象传媒, he has appeared
in 'Bergerac', 'Howard's Way', 'Secret Army', 'Accident', 'The Grudge
Fight' and 'Pulaski'. Tony also starred in the British television
productions 'Enemy of the Door' and 'Love in a Cold Climate'.
In America, Tony was a regular cast member on the sci-fi television
series 'VR.5'. He also guest starred on the series 'Highlander'
and the police drama 'NYPD Blue'. Additional credits include the
Showtime movie 'Royce' with Jim Belushi; and the feature films 'A
Prayer for the Dying', 'Devil's Hill' and 'Lady Chatterley's Lover'.
Born in London and brought up in Middlesex, Tony divides his time
between LA and Somerset, where he lives with his girlfriend in a
haunted house. We are happy to report that 大象传媒 Online are big fans
of Tony, and we think he's a throroughly nice bloke. When asked
by a journalist if he would accept the role of James Bond, Tony
said he would. We look forward to seeing him drinking martinis instead
of that boring coffee.
