"Well done to Fay Ripley as the bent copper."

"An absolutely fantastic episode; had me completely fooled with the twisted plot. Well done to Fay Ripley as the bent copper, she portrayed the character so well I found myself really getting annoyed when it looked like she was going to get away with it. Once again, the grifters come out on top. Excellent story, cast, the lot really."

"The plot was cleverly written and complex. The talented actors played their roles extremely successfully as always and I was enticed throughout the whole one hour. However, I feel that the 'pretending they are doing one thing but really have something else up their sleeve' storyline is quite tiring and predictable as this has been repeated within all the episodes of series 2. But I will still be watching for more of this brilliant series."

"Why do we care enough about the characters to want them to succeed?"

"Hustle is fairly shallow and slick and yet I always get sucked in. Why do we care enough about the characters to want them to succeed? This still isn't clear to me. There's not much depth to the characters but the comedy value keeps them afloat. I might care about Mickey if he had more depth. I understand that his character is meant to be darker than the rest but as it stands, the comic factor is more appealing.

Still, the plots are always enjoyable and as long as it doesn't start to take itself too seriously, I'm quite happy to suspend belief for an hour to continue watching it."

"Hustle just gets better and better. In episode 4 I watched with a strange sense of satisfaction as 'our team' sent the 'bent copper' on a lonely journey from arrogance to despair (via amusement, frustration and then annoyance). The programme has been criticised in the past for glorifying immorality, but surely how can exposing a unlawful police officer for what she really is be immoral? Hustle works at its best when the plot is slowly revealed to us like an onion being peeled off one layer at a time. Good T.V. should always make you think, and Hustle always makes me think."

I mean how can dross like Hell's Kitchen* be allowed off the cutting-room floor when there is a gem like this? Robert Vaughn deserves special mention for improving on his Man From U.N.C.L.E* image - but not too much - there is still a twinkle in his eye! This week's episode was brilliant - you knew something wasn't right but you didn't know what! It's telly as it should be - entertainment, not depressing reality TV."

"This season of Hustle has had my heart racing a couple of times for the team's welfare. However, in this episode I caught on early as to the con, and was still as enthralled to be able to watch them set out every trap just before the detective Sam walked into them. Fact is, I still needed the round-up at the end to gather how they did everything in the con. This storyline allowed me to really hate the detective, as you take it more personally that she's trying to blackmail your favourite team, rather than just being a general 'bad person'. Although this series has taken a different route to the first series, there is no less captivation on my part, as I refuse to leave the TV until the very end. Great series :O)"

"I'm getting wise to the series style - we knew it was a con from the outset and that the bent cop was the mark. But even though we knew exactly what was going on it was still gripping to see how it all got pulled off and how everything came together in the end to give the poor policewoman nowhere to go. Priceless. I do feel for Eddie though, one day it would be great to see him get one over on the team."

"One of the best shows on TV right now. I was surfing the net while my husband watched, (I thought, it's not my kind of stuff) but I soon got hooked on Hustle. Clever interaction between the characters, flawless plots, clever twists that always make me grin and lots of humour. When everything else is doom, gloom, dead bodies and this is a real gem. Okay maybe it's a fake gem! Who cares - it's great!"

"This cast and the writers continue to amaze me. I keep getting misled by these storylines and then you bounce back with a totally different ending from what was expected. This programme is the pinnacle of the 大象传媒 on Tuesday nights, truly a perfect cast and crew. Once watching the cast in action, you cannot imagine anyone ever filling their roles better.

I've watched since episode 1 of the first series and have been glued to this programme ever since. I know that the crew, cast and writers will keep up this great work and know there are great futures in store for them.
