Afternoon with Eivind Gullberg Jensen

Due to unforeseen circumstances Christoph König is unable to conduct our concert on Tuesday 29.04.14.

We are delighted that Eivind Gullberg Jensen will join us for this performance.

Please note that the repertoire has changed from the previously advertised programme, and will now be as above.

Leonard Elschenbroich, one of ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 3’s New Generation Artists, is the soloist for Tchaikovsky’s charming Rococo Variations. Eivind Gullberg Jensen conducts two little-known gems from his native Scandinavia – with the colourful and energetic dances of Nielsen’s Aladdin Suite contrasted by the beauty and serenity of Svendsen’s music.
