The safety of our staff and our audiences is something we take very seriously. In light of the Government鈥檚 recent advice on COVID-19 and in consultation with our venue partners, the 大象传媒 has decided to suspend all activity from the 大象传媒 Orchestras and Choirs, with immediate effect. This is a rapidly evolving situation and we will review this decision and the latest advice in April.

All ticket buyers will be eligible for a refund of the value of your ticket.

Tickets Glasgow Box Office will address this as follows-

If you paid online by Credit or Debit card your refund will be paid directly to your account.

If you paid by card using Chip & Pin our Box Office team will contact you directly.

If you paid by cash or cheque we will refund you by sending a cheque directly to your address.

Due to the overall volume of cancelled events and subsequent refunds to be processed, this may take a minimum of 10 days so we ask for understanding and patience while the team work through this for you as quickly as possible.
