Thomas SøndergÃ¥rd and the ´óÏó´«Ã½ National Orchestra of Wales return to give the UK premiere of Colin Matthews’s mercurial Turning Point and Daniel Hope is the soloist in the first of two 20th-century Russian masterpieces.
