Juanjo Mena, Martin Roscoe and the 大象传媒 Philharmonic play intoxicating melodies by Britten, plus Granados and Alb茅niz add a drizzle of the Iberian peninsula.
Britten鈥檚 Four Sea Interludes- considered 鈥渙ne of the greatest English operas ever written鈥�- gets things off to an invigorating start.
At the centre of the concert is Granados鈥檚 Goyescas: Intermezzo 鈥� inspired on Goya鈥檚 paintings.
The concert finishes with the Chopin and Schumann-inspired Piano Concerto by Isaac Alb茅niz, played by renowned pianist Martin Roscoe.
