There's not a huge volume of Dafydd's work out there at present but the tunes on show, including his highly praised Daily Street Mix, shows him an electronic and deep dubstep specialist who mixes, meddles and processes sounds with perfection. It's understandable that he's often compared to James Blake but don't let that undermine Ifan's individuality.
His suspense-filled reworking of Amy Winehouse's No Good and B-side Miranda, first played by 大象传媒's Gilles Peterson, have attracted a legion of underground fans probably secretly hoping that they don't have to share Dafydd's talent with anyone else. Sorry guys!
