With the two explosive chords, Beethoven’s Eroica symphony launched a new era for music – and created a world of limitless sonic possibility. So Ilan Volkov and the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Scottish Symphony Orchestra pair it with three dazzlingly inventive new pieces in an evening drawing inspiration from Volkov's renowned Tectonics Festival in Reykjavik and Glasgow.
