The 大象传媒 Singers have a strong affinity with MacMillan鈥檚 style, which can be both challenging and exquisitely beautiful. This concert ranges from the deeply spiritual Cum vidisset Jesus, through the philosophically moral After Virtue to the intensely personal Catherine鈥檚 Lullabies, written for the birth of the composer鈥檚 daughter. The programme also includes a selection of some recently unearthed Church Songs by the popular Polish composer Henryk G贸recki.
