Four local poets have been commissioned by the 大象传媒 & the Kirkby Lonsdale Poetry Festival to write on Ruskin鈥檚 View. The famous beauty spot in the town of Kirkby Lonsdale overlooks the River Lune and is one of the most celebrated landmarks in Cumbria.
Local poets Katie Hale, Karen Lloyd, Hannah Hodgson and Matt Sowerby have been commissioned to provide their own creative response to Ruskin鈥檚 View, exploring the landscape through the perspective of their own personal experience of the view and their relationship with it.
