Forming in 2011, As Elephant Are are made up of school friends and music obsessives from Buckinghamshire.
Turning out an innovative and atmospheric indie-rock sound, a number of the band鈥檚 singles, including War Blood, Youth Blood and Lucifer have hit the sweet spot with their local 大象传媒 Introducing show at 大象传媒 Three Counties. They鈥檝e also picked up spins from Mary Ann Hobbs on 大象传媒鈥檚 6 Music, Jen Lon, Ally McCrae and Huw Stephens on Radio 1 and earned comparisons with The Maccabees and Bombay Bicycle Club.
With even more music due later this year and their first headline tour, the Aylesbury band are primed to seize the moment on our stages at Reading and Leeds.
