Arts
Alive is an organisation dedicated to providing local people in
rural areas with the opportunity to choose and promote professional
arts events in their local venue. They work with over 80 venues,
including village halls, community centres, churches, woods, in
fact any suitable local space.
By
working with rural communities in Herefordshire, Arts Alive aim
to bring good quality local, regional, national and international
artists to local venues so that people living locally can have access
to exciting, moving, entertaining performances.
Arts Alive
aim to:
- Bring together whole communities in a way that few other community
events do anymore.
- Give local people in rural areas access to professional arts
events that otherwise would mean travelling great distances.
- Promotes volunteering and community spirit.
