The
recently opened bohemia gallery in Bromsgrove has launched an appeal
for contemporary artists and craftspeople in the Herefordshire and
Worcestershire area to come forward and present their work.

gallery which features work from artists all over Europe would like
to extend its support to many more local artists.
Karen
Tait owner of the gallery explained "The gallery is commencing
on a programme of monthly showcase exhibitions and we would like
at least one of the featured artists each month to be from within
the region’
The
gallery has already had some success in attracting artists and craftspeople
from the region, with the inaugural event featuring the remarkable
work of Blackwell based contemporary artist Carol
Cox.
The
exhibition will run from 8th August to 12th of September.
"The
gallery has received a fantastic response and is a fantastic opportunity
for new and established crafts people to expose their work to a
wider audience" added Karen.
