My mother used to write a grocery list for me to take to the grocer's. One day I went to get the shopping and at the same time a posh lady was there too. There was a box under the counter for her which the grocer got out for her . Some of the items were on my list too but I was told they were not available and he scratched them off my list so I ended up with only two items. I asked the grocer "why can't I have a box like that?" pointing at the posh lady's box and was quickly rushed out of the shop. I told my mother when I got home all about it and she just shrugged and accepted it.
