At the time of this story, I was eight years old and my brother was five. On a particular Friday we could hear bombing going on. Saturday morning arrived. Grandma Mac (my mother鈥檚 mother) lived on Gt. Howard Street and she turned up unexpectedly- my younger brother didn鈥檛 even recognise her, because her hat was on back to front!
