My mother told me about her younger sister when she came home from work in an ammunitions facatory, she was so tired, that she didn't want to get out of her bed when the sirens were going off, even if a bomb was to fall, she was so stubborn and tired! My mother and greandad just about managed to get her into the air raid shelter. She was about 19.
