My Grandma and Grandad have two different recollections about their school life during WWII.
My Grandad remembers school carrying on as usual in Suffolk.
My Grandma, in County Durham, 'went to umpteen different schools.' after she was bombed out. 'Some were in houses and some weeks we went mornings and then afternoons the next.' 'They taught us where ever they could.'
