I was hoping to get in touch with the young man who picked up and delivered our laundry somewhere in Arnhem. Unfortunately I cannot remember this young mans name.
I was a truck driver with the Canadian army 1st devision during my stay in Arnhem.This young man invited me to attend a birthday party for his sister. I brought a gift of chocolate disguised in a hard tack can. The young boys parents were delighted with this gift. I will always remember that pary and the young man who was so good to us by taking care of our linen.
