Ambrose (far left) and Ted (middle).
After four years apart serving in different Army Corps my Grandfather and his brother met up in a hospital ward in the Middle East, purely by coincidence. This picture was taken days after they were discharged from hospital, before returning to their duties. Ted Chadwick served in the 40th Battalion of the Royal Tank Regiment and Ambrose served in the 9th Bomb Disposal Coy. of the Royal Engineers.
