Memories: Working at Allens Engineering in Bedford

I worked at Allens engineering throughout the 2nd World War. I can remember German bombs falling on bedford. Sometimes I would actually see the incendiary bombs falling from the aircraft. An elder brother who was in the Territorial Army was killed at Dunkirk, he was buried in the military cemetery at Armentiers in France.
