One summer鈥檚 night in 1945, Wag and his brother Bob were in bed, Wag heard a Doodle Bug and said to Bob, 鈥淭here鈥檚 a Doodle Bug coming over!鈥 Bob said 鈥淥h it鈥檚 gone over now it won鈥檛 hurt us.鈥 All of a sudden there was an almighty bang and it blew up in a river at Chicksands about a mile away. It destroyed a hut but no one was hurt.
